Our Weekly Workouts

Our workouts are geared for all runners regardless of age, experience or ability.

We meet at 7:15p at the MIT Track on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Practices will offer two workouts: one for those training for a 1 mile/5k, and one for those training for half-marathon/marathon.

If you’re new to track workouts, please ask a coach about track etiquette.
